MRX2, MRX3, MRX5 in the LTE450 variant

09.11.2023 – INSYS icom, expert in industrial data communication, is launching the MRX2 model on 15.11.2023. The MRX series is known for its flexibility, technological diversity and high performance. With the introduction of the MRX2, the company is now expanding the series to include a more compact design.
The MRX2 impresses with its slim housing, which is particularly advantageous in applications with limited space in the control cabinet. With a width of three pitch units, the device is particularly space-saving on the top-hat rail. The new MRX2 variants are available in LAN, DSL and LTE450 connection types. Like all devices in the MRX series, they have 5 Ethernet ports and two digital inputs.
“The introduction of the new MRX2 housing variants is a logical addition to the MRX series and offers our customers an efficient solution when flexible expandability is not necessary and there is little space available in the control cabinet. And, of course, with the usual high functionality and quality,” says Heiko Noll, the responsible product manager.
The MRX series currently consists of the flexibly expandable MRX3 and MRX5 enclosure designs. With their modular design and the wide range of available access technologies, the routers in the series are ideally equipped for a wide variety of industrial applications.
They are characterized by comprehensive routing functions, high IT security and system stability. This makes them particularly suitable for remote access to critical infrastructures. They also impress with their durability and standardized user guidance.
