The Customer Service Center of INSYS icom provides for highest customer satisfaction with its comprehensive portfolio. Our support team works closely with the development department to assemble the competence necessary to quickly answer all of your questions regarding system application and configuration. Our experts are also available to share their years of knowledge with customers via our Education Service offers. The Proof of Concept (PoC) shows the feasibility of customer requirements in a limited and cost-effective scope.

Premium Remote Support

Customers of INSYS icom benefit from individual support services – from commissioning to configuration up to firmware update.

Application / Migration

INSYS icom creates, migrates and configures customer-specific software applications for the integrated Linux environments (icom SmartBox, INSYS Sandbox).

Ex Works Configuration

INSYS icom makes the necessary (pre-) configuration of hardware and software according to your individual requirements.

On-site Service  

All premium remote services can also be provisioned on-site if desired.
