What can I do if my PLC is not listed?
Our solution supports a wide range of common PLC systems and manufacturers. If your controller is not explicitly listed in the overview, industrial remote access is still possible in many cases. Can I also use my own SIM card?
In principle, yes. However, please note that PLC remote maintenance requires a dedicated machine-to-machine (M2M) SIM card. Standard consumer SIM cards are not suitable for the long-term and stable operation of industrial applications.
I don’t want to use a cellular radio connection – what are the alternatives?
No problem, the VPN connection can also be established via DSL, fiber optic, LAN or WLAN. The setup steps remain the same; only the M2M SIM card is not required. This allows you to flexibly adapt PLC remote maintenance to your existing infrastructure.
