How to obtain the manufacturer warranty*
Step 1:
Purchase one or more routers directly from INSYS icom or one of our partners/dealers.

Step 2:
Register each device free of charge within 12 months using the following online form. Have the data from your proof of purchase ready (device number, etc.).

Step 3:
After your details have been checked, you will receive a warranty certificate for each registered device by e-mail. The manufacturer warranty then applies from the date of the proof of purchase.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions
Essentially, all INSYS icom routers can be registered. However, only our standard products (MRX, MIRO, ECR, SCR) can be registered directly via our website. If you would like to register another INSYS icom device, please contact us at warranty@insys-icom.de.
Yes, MRcards belong to the MRX series and can be easily registered by selecting this router series in the form above.
The registration of suitable devices for the manufacturer warranty* is reserved exclusively for end customers.
You can easily register up to 20 routers directly using the form above. If you purchase more than 20 devices, we will be happy to assist you with the registration process. Please simply send an e-mail to warranty@insys-icom.de.
