INSYS icom and Bechtle IT System House Regensburg are expanding their cooperation on digitalisation projects

Regensburg, 08.10.2019INSYS icom, the leading producer of industrial data communication and networking systems, and Bechtle IT System House Regensburg are now working closely together. The two companies are entering into a partnership in order to jointly promote industrial IoT projects.

INSYS icom came to know Bechtle as experts in creating digital workplaces during the establishment of a digital workspace at the company’s headquarters in Regensburg. In the course of the project, both companies discovered joint potentials which they can apply in the current INSYS icom IT channel offensive. Bechtle and INSYS icom share a passion for digitalisation, enthusiasm for IT (Information Technology) and the desire to accompany customers successfully into the future.

For future digitalisation projects Bechtle Regensburg will contribute its IT know-how, which extends from IT-as-a-service via multi-cloud computing to holistic end-user services. These cover the entire IT infrastructure – from hosting, Windows 10 and Office 365 to Wi-Fi and LAN as well as workspace-as-a-service. INSYS icom, on the other hand, which has stood for secure communication and the networking of data in industrial applications since 1992, has many years of experience in OT (Operational Technology). The supplier’s intelligent, high-performance hardware and software solutions serve to network machines and systems. They also record operating and production data and transmit this data to production-related IT systems such as MES or SCADA, as well as to clouds or ERP systems. “At INSYS icom we put digitalisation into practice. Our mission statement “IT at your fingertips” not only underlines our positioning as IoT experts, but is also at the heart of all our projects. We are now looking forward to sharing this passion in the IT channel with our partner Bechtle Regensburg. Our companies can rely on the integrated digitalisation of their infrastructures and the combination of IT and OT,” explains Sun Spornraft, Head of Market Communications at INSYS icom, who is also responsible for sales in the IT channel.

The advantages of digitalisation are obvious, but for many companies the way to achieve it is not always clear. How do you get there step by step? What changes or optimisations can be made? Bechtle IT System House Regensburg therefore advises and accompanies customers from the initial project concept right through to rollout and operation.
